Hawks import Rotnei Clarke had to settle for fourth in the NBL scoring race.
Clarke tallied 24 and 17 points in the final two games, finishing with an average of 21.4 for the season.
Melbourne's Chris Goulding claimed the scoring crown with a 23 average, followed by Sydney's Sam Young (21.9) and Perth's James Ennis (21.5).
Wollongong captain Oscar Forman retained his title as the league's best perimeter marksman, connecting on 45 per cent of his three-point shots.
Forman hit 10 of 15 threes in the final two games to clinch top spot.
Clarke knocked down a league-high 90 threes for the season, making almost 41 per cent.
Kevin Tiggs was Wollongong's second-leading scorer with 15.1 points per game and made 53 per cent of his field goals, while forward Dave Gruber hit a team-best 57 per cent.
Gruber finished second on the team in rebounds (5.2), narrowly behind Larry Davidson (6.1).
Forman was third in scoring with 11 points per game, followed by Rhys Martin (8.7) and Tim Coenraad (8.6).
Martin finished fifth in the league in steals with 30 for the season.
