Performers Isla View, Aurora Night and Diamond D'Amour competed in the NSW semi-finals in March, each winning a place in the state final at Sydney's Factory Theatre on April 11.
"We are very excited to be representing Wollongong in the state finals," Miss D'Amour said.
"Wollongong burlesque has so much to offer and we're thrilled to be increasing the awareness of burlesque as an art form in Wollongong."
Wollongong's burlesque scene has experienced big growth in schools, classes and performances. State final winners make the national final, to be held in Sydney. For more info, see factorytheatre.com.au.
