As their rivals rack up points, the Illawarra Stingrays have been stuck on the sidelines for the second straight week.
In what can only be considered bad luck, the Rays' round-four match with North West Sydney Koalas was the only fixture to be washed out.
It comes a week after the club's fixture against Manly United was the sole match not to be played in the round.
As a result, the Stingrays fall two games behind many of their title rivals and will more than likely be forced to play double-header weekends to make up.
Given both Manly and North West Sydney are two of the further away trips in the competition, the option of a midweek catch-up isn't feasible.
"It puts a bit of pressure on us when it comes to having availability for players on Saturdays," Stingrays coach Graham Shaw said.
