A cast of 20 will perform Shakespeare's iconic tale of forbidden love in seven shows between May 2 and May 8.
Director and producer Daniel Stefanovski is aiming for a traditional and classic rendition of the play.
"We tried to do the stage up like Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, to keep it realistic and not over the top," he said.
Stefanovski said Nicholson's and Dean's on-stage love story is not just down to good acting.
"They have known each other for years, so it was a connection you could see from the start," he said.
