The enormity of Tuesday night's duel between Fernhill and Bellambi isn't lost on Rosellas coach Greg Smart.
In a relegation dogfight which can often be decided by the slimmest of margins, results against fellow league battlers are often crucial to a team's survival.
Both clubs are at the foot of the ladder on one point, with only a superior goal difference keeping the Rosellas above their rivals.
Smart knows every point is vital for Bellambi come September.
"It will be our fourth game in 14 days and we knew this game was the big one for us," Smart said.
"It is worth six points.
"This is the game we need to win but both teams really need to win this one for sure."
The Rosellas' lone point so far came in a 0-0 draw with South Coast United nearly a month ago.
Successive losses to Wollongong United, Bulli and Tarrawanna have brought the Premier League new boys down to earth, but Smart is positive they aren't just here to make up the numbers.
"The most important part at the moment is we are making chances," Smart said.
"We just have to stay positive and I am sure things will turn for us sooner or later.
"If we weren't making chances that is when you would think to yourself 'What is going on?"'
