Emergency services were called to the accident after 1pm, following reports a car travelling west-bound at Tullimbar near North Macquarie Rd had rolled onto its roof.
The west-bound lane has been blocked as emergency services remover the vehicle and clean up the area.
Traffic is flowing under alternating conditions, which may cause minor delays.
