The skipper twice brought the Wolves level before the break, with his second a contender for goal of the season.
"It was one of those nights where they just came off. I hit them out of the middle and they went in," Bailey said.
"It was good to be able to help out the team. Obviously very happy with the finishes but I guess the main thing was putting the team back in a position where we could get something out of the game."
The Wolves had been chasing the game early after Adrian Ucchino opened the scoring 28 minutes in.
White Eagles winger Tynan Diaz capitalised on some sloppy work at the back from South Coast to whip in a cross for Ucchino to head home.
But Bailey would bring his side back level for the first time just seven minutes later.
The tireless midfielder was given too much space by the White Eagles defence and fired a left-foot rocket past Matthew Nash.
Bonnyrigg again secured the ascendancy in the 42nd minute when Robbie Younis free kick found its way past Thomas Hamilton. But in the shadows of half-time, Bailey again showed his class slamming home a magnificent long range drive.
There were chances at both ends to steal the match in the second half, with neither side able to make the most of the opportunities.
The spoils were eventually shared to give the Wolves a valuable point away from home.
"I think Bonnyrigg have had a successful run of results so they are well up there on the table. To get a draw away from home against such a good side is a pleasing result and shows how well the club is going," Bailey said.
The second half of the match was marred by an injury to former Wolves player Diaz carted off in an ambulance. Bailey said it was disappointing to watch given Diaz still has strong ties with many players at the club. He said the injury may also have unfortunately halted the Wolves' momentum.
"I thought we had some ascendancy in the first half of that second half until we had a 15 minute odd break when the ambulance came on the pitch," Bailey said. "I thought we would come home with a wet sail but a draw was probably a fair result."
