An Ambarvale man broke his pelvis following a serious car crash in Warilla on Monday.

Police said the man, 42, collided with a power pole on Bradman Street at 11pm and was trapped.
“The driver could be observed slumped between the driver and passenger seat facing the rear passenger seats,” a police spokesman said.
Police Rescue and paramedics helped free the man and he was taken to Wollongong Hospital before being flown to St George Hospital.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident, and are yet to determine the series of events leading to the crash.
