Reigning NSW Junior Bowler of the Year Dylan Skinner anchored the team to five convincing wins over two days including a 27-16 victory over Zone 10 in the final.
The annual championships feature the winners of under-18 singles, pairs and fours from the 16 zones across NSW.
Skinner partnered Jayden Gebbie, Danyon Christie and Jordan Taylor in a stunning display, with dominant four victories each by 11 shots or more.
Outstanding Dubbo Railway (Zone 4) representative Jono Davis won the coveted singles title, beating Cabramatta's Ellen Ryan 31-25 in the final.
Illawarra champion Skinner was beaten in his opening singles match by Ryan 25-13, who went on to take the section.
Narooma's Jay Breust easily won his section before being beaten 31-27 by Ryan in the semi-finals.
Gebbie and Skinner represented Zone 16 in the pairs and reached the final, beaten 24-14 by Zone 10's Sam Hatch-Caccamo and Mason Lewis.
Gebbie and Skinner were in great form in their three sectional wins and 25-9 semi-final victory over Zone 8, but found Zone 10 a little too good in the decider.
