A luxury waterfront apartment overlooking Shellharbour Beach is tipped to sell above $2 million when it goes to auction next month.

The three-bedroom residence at 2/2 Surf Road is one of the Rockpool Apartments, distinctive for their sweeping curved balconies and a textured sandstone-look exterior.
