Modifications to the steel that braces the roof have been made to limit its movement during severe weather.
The lower section of roofing above the kiosk area at the front has been completely sheeted and water-tested.
A 20-metre section of the roof has been replaced and is undergoing water testing and quality assurance before being approved for the entire main roof area.
Works are scheduled to be complete by September 30.
Painting of internal structural steel and roof height and pitch modifications will be done in coming weeks.
