In a heavyweight showdown, the back-to-back league runners-up put in the performance of the year to stun the Fury with a 5-0 thumping at Balls Paddock.
Former A-League player Dean Heffernan had a staring role on the left side of midfield, scoring once and setting up a two more in a dominant performance.
But it wasn't just the former Western Sydney Wanderers man who lifted his game on the big occasion.
Bulli were outstanding all over the park and used a high-pressure game to pound their rivals into submission.
"The amount of pressure we put on them when we turned the ball over was immense. It was a great effort from the lads and a really good day for the club," Bulli coach Ben Smith said.
"To beat a team of that calibre by that scoreline is a big thing.
"But at the end of the day - with five games to go - if we are not ready for Bellambi next week then the result won't mean too much.
"I am sure Dandy will be bigger and better next week, we just have to make sure that today counts," he said.
Cameron Littler was the first to capitalise on Bulli's pressure in the 22nd minute, earning possession on halfway before he ran in on goal to open the scoring.
Hayden Mowbray doubled the lead just before half-time, as Heffernan put on the first of his assists from the left channel.
Bulli was still able to click up a gear up in the second stanza.
Matthew Naylor whipped in a magnificent cross from the right side for Heffernan to head home on 48 minutes.
With the result all-but sealed, the hosts added two more in the final 10 minutes to complete the rout.
Ben McDonald got his reward for a hard day's work up front to make it 4-0 before Scott Curran ensured Bulli would take home an emphatic three points.
The result allowed Bulli kick four points clear of the Fury at the top of the competition with five matches remaining.
Defeated coach Norm Boardman said the hosts deserved the result.
"[It's] The best I have seen a team play against us since I've been involved," Boardman said.
"They pressed all over the park, there was no brilliance in their team apart from Heffernan, but the way they pressed us was just sensational.
"We have to be better than that ... we told the boys after the game [that] that is the level they have to get to if they want to win the competition."
In other results on Saturday, Tarrawanna beat Bellambi 2-0, Wollongong Olympic beat Cringila Lions 2-0, Port Kembla were held 1-1 against Woonona and Fernhill snatched a point in a 2-2 draw with Albion Park White Eagles.
