Bennett and Floros were recognised for their performances for the Rockets at the Australian indoor cricket championships during the past week in Brisbane.
Bennett was also named as the Alan Wilson Medallist as the best international indoor cricketer in Australia.
Joining Floros and Bennett at the World Cup will be Alexander Floros, who was named in the Australian under-20 side, while Cameron Gudgeon was selected in the Lord's Taverners Allstar side.
Cricket ACT indoor cricket manager Cameron Walter said the selection of Bennett and Matthew Floros to the Australian team was well deserved.
"Vinesh is a mainstay in the Australian team and his game over the past week has been second to none,'' Walter said.
''Matthew has clearly gone from strength to strength with his game, and his impressive leadership of the side simply adds another dimension to his all-round ability.''
The Rockets made the semi-finals, but were knocked out by South Australia.
The ACT under-20 team also bowed out at the hands of Western Australia in its minor semi-final.
The indoor cricket World Cup will be held in Wellington from October 18-25.
