The recognition for a complete renovation of a property in Bonaira Street, Kiama, follows success at the 2013 awards.
Last year, the business was named 2013 Builder of the Year Residential for a home it built at Minnamurra, and it also won awards for the Best Contract Home worth between $1 million and $2 million, the Best Bathroom over $25,000 and the Best Kitchen over $25,000.
In 2012 MS Building Constructions won Home of the Year.
The business is owned by Martin Stewart, who started his career as an apprentice carpenter the day he left school.
By the time he reached his fourth year as an apprentice, he owned his own business.
Since then, he has worked in all areas of the building trade, from detailed joinery to supervision on large building sites.
Mr Stewart said he learnt much in those early years and had many dealings with Sydney architectural firms as he developed his trade.
Since moving to Gerringong in 2004, he has also built a highly skilled, hard-working and reliable team around him.
And in the past 12 months a reputation for quality workmanship has seen MS Building Constructions become busier and employ more people.
Office manager Lizzie Smith said the business just kept growing.
"It is a legacy of all the hard work we have put in," she said.
"We just continue to get people coming to us wanting us to be their builder. We now employ three apprentices, so we have three apprentices and six builder/carpenters."
