Miller took out the under 14 Boys NSW title, while Wrice, representing Bulli High School, won the NSW School Surfing crown at Bonny Hills Surf Club.
Miller conquered the one-to-two foot waves and made his mark early in the State under 14s Boys final with an 8.17 wave score (out of a possible 10 points) to get the edge over his opposition.
The victory means Miller qualifies for the Australian Junior Titles in Yallingup, Margaret River, in Western Australia in December.
Wrice won the School under 16 Boys division, after excelling in pristine three-to-four foot waves.
Wrice was one of four NSW school surfing champions, with Macy Callaghan (Kincumber High School) winning the under 16 Girls, Chris Zaffis (McLean High) taking out the under 19 Boys and Holly Wawn from Sydney Distance Education claiming the under 19 Girls crown.
Illawarra's Kalani Ball finished a close second in the under 18s NSW Junior Titles, with Jackson Giles (Maroubra) claiming victory with virtually her last ride of the final.
Coalcliff's reigning under 16s state champion Billie Melinz almost made it back-to-back crowns but was edged out by Macy Callaghan (Avoca).
