The Sydney Roosters are set to turn to one of the club's most famous names to alleviate their hooking crisis.
With first-choice Jake Friend sidelined with a hamstring injury and back-up hooker Heath L'Estrange out for the season, rookie Jackson Hastings - the son of Roosters great Kevin Hastings - will make his NRL debut against the Warriors on Sunday.
Considered one of the greatest players never to represent Australia, Kevin Hastings played 239 games for the Roosters.
Jackson joined the Roosters at the start of the year after moving from St George Illawarra and has excelled in the Holden Cup. - AAP
