Twelve centrally based Wollongong primary schools had a great time jumping, running and throwing in a range of events including 100 metres, 200 metres, 800 metres, relays, high jump, long jump, shot put and discus.
There were a host of outstanding individual performances with six junior champions named.
Jye Murphy (Wollongong Public School) was named Junior Boy Champion and Brooke McCabe (Mt St Thomas) Junior Girl Champion.
Tate Harland (Lindsay Park) was 11 Years Boy Champion and Alyssa Parks (Nareena Hills) 11 Years Girls Champion.
Lindsay Park's Ben Plumb was Senior Boy (12-13 Years) Champion and Dorcas Toweh (Wollongong PS) Senior Girl Champion.
Nareena Hills was top school followed by Mt St Thomas, Wollongong, Nareena Hills and Keiraville PS in fifth spot.
Close to 300 parents and officials lent their support.
