Puppy paradise in Austinmer seaweed

It might be a little smelly, but that didn’t stop inquisitive pups checking out the mass of seaweed that washed ashore at Little Austinmer beach on Monday morning.

The waterline was mostly covered by the slimy brown vegetation, which makes a great compost.

People can harvest up to 20 kilograms a day from NSW beaches for personal use.
