Abbey Dawson, Kiah Taylor and Daniel St George are among six boys and six girls in the NSW team.
It is the first international event for Taylor and St George.
Bulli Surf Club won six medals at the recent National Pool Rescue Championships at Sydney's Olympic Park Aquatic Centre.
The event featured more than 400 competitors from 40 clubs, with Bulli's team of 12 from under 12s to under 17s finishing 15th overall.
Last weekend, Bulli Surf Club supporters and local businesses got together for a trivia night to help Dawson, Taylor and St George fund the New Zealand trip.
