Only days after the latest offensive religious and cultural comments were painted over, a new spate of graffiti was sprayed on the building on Thursday night.
Club president Craig Kershaw said it was "frustrating" to see the facility continually targeted.
"It was all painted over, everything had been cleaned up, on Wednesday they put the final coat of paint on and now it's been hit again," he said.
"We're trying to build our membership up and are doing everything we can, and to get it covered all the time in graffiti is just heartbreaking."
Mr Kershaw urged people to contact police if they noticed suspicious activity around the club.
Keira MP Ryan Park said the vandalism was "appalling", this week writing to Bellambi residents asking anyone with information about the matter to come forward.
"What we need to do now is up the ante to bring these criminals, these lowlifes, these grubs before the courts and get them out of the area.
"It's terrible, not just for those involved in the club, but the entire community."
He said long-term solutions to the problem such as surveillance cameras or improved lighting needed to be considered.
Inspector Darren Brown, from Wollongong police, said investigations were continuing into both incidents.
He said more police patrols were being sent to the area.
