Police have concluded the crime scene examination and are continuing to investigate the suspicious fire after traces of accelerant were found at the scene.
Bus services along Darling Street will resume their normal routes and stopping patterns from 4am on Wednesday morning.
An exclusion zone will continue directly outside the demolished buildings, and part of Nelson Street will remain closed, while debris is removed.
Inspector Gary Coffey thanked the community for its patience during the clean-up and investigation.
Three people who lived in apartments above the store were killed in the September 2 explosion and subsequent fire. A funeral service for 31-year-old Bianka O'Brien and her baby Jude will be held on Wednesday.
