Hundreds are expected to illuminate Flagstaff Hill on Friday night, as part of an awareness-raising campaign for blood cancer.

The Light The Night event, organised by the Leukaemia Foundation, will bring together survivors, families and friends, and those who have lost loved ones to blood cancer.
Event ambassador Margaret Biggs hoped Wollongong would turn out in force to support the fight against leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
"Everyone is invited to join a lantern walk from Flagstaff Hill to the beach," Ms Biggs said.
Ms Biggs, who lost her own husband to leukaemia last year, said several hundred people were expected to attend, taking lit lanterns along the coastal walk.
Different coloured lanterns will be available, with gold lights for remembrance, white for someone fighting blood cancer, and blue to show support.
"This is for people battling leukaemia, their carers and supporters, and anyone who has lost someone," Ms Biggs said.
More than 60,000 Australians live with blood cancers.
The Light The Night event starts at 5.30pm at Flagstaff Hill.
