The Victorian outfit won through the group stages before knocking over Adelaide Raiders in the final on Sunday.
Warriors won the decider 3-1 after scraping into the final with a 4-3 penalty shootout win over Dandenong City.
Hosts South Coast United failed to make the finals despite winning their opening match against Victorian NPL powerhouse Melbourne Knights.
The Illawarra Premier League club beat the Knights 1-0 but could only follow the win with a 0-0 draw and two losses in their remaining group matches.
The club rebounded from the result by winning the Masters title.
Meanwhile, division two was won by Strathmore Split and the women’s title was won by Canberra.
Tournament co-ordinator Ivica Karamatic said the tournament had been a success.
‘‘The whole thing was just a wonderful experience for all the people and the whole community,’’ he said.
‘‘We didn’t get 100 blessings from above, we got thousands. Start with the weather and work your way from there.
‘‘We estimated 8000 people came through the gates over the three days so it was certainly no small event.’’
The event will head to Brisbane next year, after the Queensland-based club won the staging rights over clubs from Adelaide and Canberra.
