With the ice bucket challenge fad finally over, musician Paul Ditton thinks it is more important than ever to remember those living with motor neurone disease.

Mr Ditton and his band, Wollongong punk outfit Crash Tragic, will join a host of friends including The Conspiracy Plan and Furious Monk in the line-up for Friday night's Rock 4 Regal charity concert at Kiama Leagues Club, raising funds for research into the debilitating condition.
"We've been waiting to raise money for the cause even before the ice bucket challenge," Mr Ditton said.
With family and friends affected by motor neurone disease, including Adam Regal, for whom the Regal Regiment awareness and fund-raising group is named, Mr Ditton said the decision to donate time to the concert was an easy one to make.
All proceeds from sales and downloads of Crash Tragic's latest single, You Break Me, will go to motor neurone research.
The band will also donate proceeds from T-shirt and CD sales on the night to the cause.
"Every little bit helps," Mr Ditton said.
The Rock 4 Regal concert is on Friday night at Kiama Leagues Club. Tickets are available from Oztix, at Haworth Music Centres, or on the door from 6pm.
