The new building was officially opened by Lord Mayor Gordon Bradbury and houses a team of 35 people.
Director James Moran described it as a great facility for his team to now work from and students would start using the state-of-the-art facility from November.
The college purchased the building in May and contracted the services of Smith & Sons to refurbish it.
Mr Moran said the move to larger premises was the result of significant growth of the college in recent years.
"We've come a long way from a small office in Crown Street 10 years ago," he said.
"Much of this growth has come from a range of clients partnering with the college in the development of their staff such as the IMB, Stellar Asia Pacific and Peoplecare.
"The growth now means the college operates a national business from a head office in Wollongong and this has seen a significant growth in the number of staff employed. Our success has been built on being able to attract a team of dedicated industry professionals who have moved from industry to education and who are now imparting their skills on to students in the areas of financial services, information technology, business, human resource management, events management and tourism."
The college launched three programs for school leavers.
