Former Dragons star Matt Cooper was tied for second place on Tuesday night's episode of Dancing with the Stars, proving he is a genuine contender for the overall prize.

Cooper performed a foxtrot in the evening's "switch up" show, swapping regular partner Masha Belash for swimmer Eamon Sullivan's partner Ash-Leigh Hunter.
The routine had the judges comparing Cooper to Hollywood dance legends.
"That was so smooth," Todd McKenney said.
"It was Fred Astaire-esque, I absolutely loved it."
Cooper has impressed the judges every week with his moves, regularly scoring well.
A special Halloween edition of the show will screen on Thursday at 7.30pm on Prime.
