The Illawarra under-16s CS Watson Shield team had a three-wicket win over Penrith, while the under-13s Gee Shield side thrashed North Sydney by nine wickets.
Illawarra was beaten by 53 runs by Camden in the under-15s EG Weblin Shield and lost by 69 runs to the strong Sutherland in under-12s Arch Cawsey Shield.
In the under-14s Harold Moore Shield Illawarra (101) lost to Camden (7-102).
In the Watson Shield match at Figtree Oval, Illawarra dismissed Penrith for 165 in 39 overs, then made the runs with three wickets in hand.
Illawarra's Brandon Redman and Matthew Calder took three wickets each as Illawarra dismissed Camden for 193 at Keira Oval.
In reply the home side was rolled for 140.
In the Gee Shield, Sam Conte took 3-13 as Illawarra dismissed North Sydney for 114. Brandon Silcox (54 not out) and Preston Campana (30no) steered Illawarra to a nine-wicket win.
