Twenty-years-ago young mum Snezana Velevski and her three children were killed inside the home at 10 Castle Court, which will go to auction on Saturday for the first time since the shocking crime.

Listed with Ray White agent Anthony Sorace, the three-bedroom brick home boasts spectacular views, a double garage, covered balcony and generous storage.

Mr Sorace said many of those inquiring about the home were already familiar with its history, which he was legally required to disclose.

‘‘Surprisingly, it didn’t bother too many people, there were a very small percentage who were turned away and said no, I won’t come to have a look at the property, no I’m not interested,’’ he said.

‘‘Funnily enough...the husbands don’t mind the situation, they’re happy to live in the property, but it’s the wives that are against it.

The bodies of Mrs Velevski, 25, and her daughters, Zaklina, 6, and twin babies Daniela and Dijana, were found huddled in a front bedroom of their home on June 20, 1994.

A post-mortem later found the throats of the four victims had been cut.

Ljube Velevski was convicted of the murder of his wife and three children and is now serving out a jail sentence at Goulburn Correctional Centre.

He is eligible for parole on July 14, 2016.

Mrs Velevski’s family were granted court permission to sell the house last August after a judge ordered that Ljube Velevski was precluded from having his wife’s interest in the property pass to him under the right of survivorship or by inheriting any part of her estate.

Registrations will begin from 2.30pm with the auction starting at 3.15pm on Saturday.
