The 13-event series will feature many of Australia's best under-16, under-18 and under-21 male and female surfers, with 2012 world champion Joel Parkinson the competition ambassador.
Kiama is the fifth stop in the series.
The series was created by Surfing Australia to fit in a calendar of junior events including the SurfGroms program, the Wahu Surfer Groms and Australian Boardriders Battle.
Illawarra and South Coast has been an outstanding nursery for junior surfing talent led by Gerroa's Sally Fitzgibbons and siblings Owen and Tyler Wright.
This year Bulli's Keanu Miller won the NSW under-14 junior state title and Coledale teenager Luke Wrice the NSW School Surfing crown at Port Macquarie.
Illawarra's Kalani Ball finished a close second in the under 18s NSW junior titles, while 2013 under-16 state champion, Coalcliff's Billie Melinz, finished second this year.
