A four-bedroom beachside home at Woonona with ocean views is on the market.
The location of the home at 2 Ocean Street is complemented with a contemporary layout designed to optimise space and sunlight and the indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
Listed with Keiran Brennan, of Peter Taranto Real Estate, the home has a large main bedroom suite with substantial walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, as well as three generous-sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes and a gym (or fifth bedroom), and a gourmet kitchen.
Mr Brennan said the property offered an upper level for capturing the ocean views and a ground level for enjoying a sun-filled northerly aspect and protection from the elements via a motorised pergola.
"This home truly epitomises coastal class," he said.
"As well as being perfectly positioned across the road from the sand and the surf, the property also boasts exceptional attention to detail throughout."
The home is open for inspection on Saturday from 11.15am to 12.15pm. It will go to auction onsite on Saturday, December 6, at 11am.
Large family home
A family home at Figtree, set on an elevated 601-square-metre block, is up for sale for offers of more than $489,000.
The five-bedroom home at 79 Murray Park Road is positioned on a large, enclosed, family-friendly yard that has beautiful escarpment views.
Listed with Craig Buckley, of Ray White Figtree, the property has an undercover outdoor entertainment area for family barbecues and entertaining.
Mr Buckley said the downstairs of the home featured three bedrooms and a large family room off the kitchen. A second living area, along with two bedrooms and a second bathroom, was located upstairs.
The home is open for inspection on Saturday from midday to 1pm.
Master house sold
An architecturally designed family home in Cedar Grove Kiama has sold for a strong $932,500.
The four-bedroom home at 20 Lilly Pilly Way was sold by Scott Douglas of Raine&Horne Kiama.
Mr Douglas said the master-built home presented beautifully with stunning outdoor areas and a resort-style pool.
"We decided to do a few twilight property shots for a point of difference," he said.
"The inquiry level was so high, we added a mid-week open home in order to satisfy the demand.
"The property was previewed with a result of $932,500 within two weeks of the marketing campaign commencing.
"The new owners are relocating from Shell Cove."
The median Kiama house price has soared to $587,000, an increase of 15 per cent in the year 12 months to September 2014.
Farm in the city
A secluded inner-city farm at Mount Keira, set on a 6.3-hectare parcel, will go to auction next month.
The land at 153 Koloona Avenue is being sold with a council-approved development application and construction certificate for an architecturally designed manor.
Listed with Marta Amann and Simon Kersten, of Colliers International Wollongong, the property is an ideal hobby farm with two cleared building sites.
Ms Amann said the sale presented a rare and unique opportunity to acquire possibly the last parcel of land of its type in the area.
"Significant money has already been spent on plans and council approval. This site is ready to immediately commence construction," she said.
The property, known as Koloona Manor, has a long private driveway with very few neighbours.
It is open for inspection on Saturday from 11am to midday, and will go to auction onsite on Saturday, December 6, at 10am.

The luxury home has a covered outdoor setting with built-in barbecue and pizza oven; formal lounge room with fireplace and separate dining; and a master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and parents' retreat.
"This was a very big sale.
"It was bought by an out-of-area buyer who intends to use the property as a holiday home and then living quarters later on."
