Nunn made an unbeaten 107 and Phillips 106 to spearhead the Illawarra under 15s to victory against Hawkesbury in the EG Weblin Shield at Keira Oval.
Batting first in perfect conditions, Illawarra posted 5-261, with Nunn and Phillips putting on 186 after coming together at 2-34.
Both youngsters stroked nine boundaries. The Illawarra bowlers then restricted the visitors to 7-188 in a 73-run win in the final rep game of the season.
It has been a tough campaign for the five Illawarra junior representative teams in the mainly Sydney-based competition.
In the under-12s Arch Cawsey Shield, Illawarra was bowled out for 146 chasing Parramatta's 7-173.
Jayden Zahra-Smith top-scored with 54, while Samuel Hobson took 2-18 and Jamie Phillipson 2-30.
Illawarra's under 13 WS Gee Shield team was out-gunned by Bankstown in their final game of the season.
The Sydney side posted 7-237, with Illawarra finishing 9-176.
Illawarra batted poorly in the under-14s Harold Moore Shield loss to North Shore and narrowly avoided outright defeat.
Illawarra made just 73 and 9-32 in two digs.
