Mike Baird to set aside $1.5 billion to kick-start election promises

The Baird government will set aside $1.5 billion from its Restart NSW infrastructure fund to help "kick-start" the $20 billion worth of projects it is promising to bankroll from the partial sale of electricity assets if it wins next year's election.
