The Lakers are the only South Coast or Illawarra Association club in the last eight, after knocking out Dapto and Balgownie in earlier rounds.
A Lakers win would set up a semi-final against the winner of the clash between four-time champions Hamilton-Wickham or Murray Valley.
On the other side of the draw defending champions Merewether face Wyong in their quarter-final at Keira Oval, with Weston Creek Molonglo to play Dubbo at North Dalton Park.

Despite being without a representative, Illawarra Association are hosting the quarter-finals and semi-finals.
In the second tier NSW Country Plate, The Rail have beaten South Coast side Jamberoo and Monaro to make the semi-finals in Tamworth on December 28.
The Rail will take on Blue Mountains, while defending Plate champions Cootamundra are also into the last four and face Wauchope RSL.
The winner meet in the final on Monday December 29 in Tamworth.
