So reads the blurb - more or less - on one of the more eye-catching listings to hit sales website realestate.com.au for a while.
The lollipop-pink premises of 108 Swan Street have been trading as a brothel for more than 30 years.
Now the cottage is on sale for a higher-than-usual asking price of more than $799,000, owing to its above-average earning history.
According to the listing, the property pulls $1300 a week in rent, plus another $500 weekly from an on-site warehouse, which "holds a liquor licence of bulk goods to be sold but not consumed on the premises".
Internal pictures leave no doubt as to the building's purpose - showers in the bedrooms, tissues on the bedside tables - every wall pink.
A separate sitting room "to welcome clients" shows a coffee table covered in lace, a lava lamp and selection of magazines.
Agent Rob Grubb declined to provide further details, such as the level of interest in the sale. Both the brothel and liquor licences are to be included in the sale, "however, both leases can be renewed or terminated".
