In Wollongong, Christmas Day will be cloudy with a 60per cent chance of showers later in the day and the chance of a thunderstorm.
In Bellambi temperatures are expected to stay mild at 24degrees, while the mercury should hit 26degrees in Albion Park.
The rain could stick around on Boxing Day – which will be a cool 20degrees in Wollongong – with a 30per cent chance of showers in the morning.
If you’re holidaying down the coast, the forecast will be much the same, with storms and rain expected for both public holidays.
