Belinda Lee Galvin did not apply for bail during her brief Christmas Eve appearance following her arrest by police on an outstanding warrant.
Police allege the 35-year-old, along with another person, kidnapped a female and stole her iPhone between 3am and 7.40pm on November 14.
She is also facing charges connected to an earlier police pursuit.
Galvin is accused of failing to stop for police while driving in Warrawong at 6.23am on November 5 and then leading officers on a pursuit at dangerous speed.
She was also allegedly disqualified from driving at the time.
Defence solicitor Angela Melouney told the court that her client would not be seeking bail and she had told Galvin that the nature of the charges and the time of year meant a lengthy adjournment would be inevitable.
Speaking via video link from Wollongong Courthouse, Galvin requested to see the police brief sooner than the next mention date.
‘‘Because I’m fully innocent and this is ridiculous, I want to see what the charges are,’’ she said.
‘‘I’m 100 per cent innocent of this rubbish.’’
However, registrar Tina McKenna said she was required to give prosecutors time to prepare the brief of evidence.
The matter was adjourned to January 7.
