Sunset Cinema has returned to the botanic garden for a fourth season after securing a sponsorship agreement with IMB.
The 2014-2015 program includes a second screening of The Hunger Games, a singalong version of Frozen, the Angelina Jolie-directed Unbroken and classics Dirty Dancing, Pretty Woman and Point Break.
Cinema managing director Simon Rollin said the program was intended to appeal to families and groups on a social night out.
"Our cinema is very different to a normal trip to the cinema," he said.
"It's all about coming with friends and family and having a social night out.
"We're not about shooshing everyone and arriving just before the movie."
The season runs until February 20.
