HP OfficeJet Pro 8610: This reliable inkjet lets you wirelessly print from a host of devices. For its outstanding build quality and functionality, this is our No 1 choice. ($399)
Epson WorkForce 3620: If you work from home or have a small business, this is one of the best all-in-one printers on the market. It can print, copy, scan and fax and has a myriad of wireless connectivity options. Because of its versatility and wireless connectivity, this is our second choice. ($219)
Brother Business Smart J4410DW: This all-in-one device will print, copy, scan and fax. Offering high print speeds of up to 18ipm monochrome and 16ipm colour for A4 and single-sheet A3 printing capability, this compact and stylish printer also features wireless connectivity, 20-sheet ADF and 2-sided (duplex) printing. Our third pick. ($249)
Canon Pixma MX926: This is an inkjet all-in-one that can print, copy, scan and fax. It's designed for consumers, so medium-sized businesses should look at Canon's Maxify line or at other brands. It gets the No 4 spot. ($249)
Dell B1265 Laser: This is a laser printer with four-in-one functionality. It prints, copies, scans and faxes, and, unlike many multi-function printers, performs all tasks well. Its greatest deficiency is that it is only a black-and-white printer.
Hopefully, this will help you make a sound decision on your next all-in-one printer.
