The "keep it local" festival, to be held at The Fraternity Club, will host an array of regional businesses that promote health and wellbeing, as well as Illawarra artists, musicians and tarot card readers.
Embrace Life CEO and founder Deborah Shepherd said the success of the Live Life Festival came down to the ongoing connection it left between businesses and the wider community.
"People who meet at the festival may realise that they sell complimentary products and often end up collaborating. The benefits continue well after the festival," she said.
"There is a beautiful community energy in the Illawarra as well as an openness to the creative arts and natural health."
Illawarra festival ambassador Mignon Lee-Warden has been responsible for coordinating festivals in the Illawarra for 20 years.
"My role is coordinating the live performances on both our lively upstairs stage and quieter stage downstairs, called the sunken lounge", Ms Lee-Warden said.
"There are a lot of crystal ball healers in the Illawarra and two will be performing sound healing in the sunken lounge on Sunday."
The sunken lounge will have cafe-style seating and provide a reflective space away from the liveliness of upstairs.
Tarot card readers and astrologers will be found downstairs, as well as various spa treatments, each at an additional cost.
Upstairs will feature a number of trade tables, an area called the creative hub and yoga demonstrations for both young and old.
The event will be held on February 22, from 10am to 5pm. Early bird tickets are $10, available online. Tickets at the door cost $15.
