Biddulph bowled 4.2 excellent overs as Thirroul dismissed the Burgh for 45, then posted 4-159 in a first innings win.
Joel Nolan top scored with 55 for Thirroul, while Huon Bollard took 2-14 for Helensburgh.
In other highlights from round nine in under 12s, Rhys Cattle made an unbeaten 51 and Eddie Marning 35 not out as Keira Red (7-176) beat Wollongong Magpies (56 and 4-67).
Levi Darcy played well for Wollongong, making 18 in the second innings and taking 2-29.
Harry Hobson (51 not out) led the way for Thirroul Blue (3-111) in their first innings win over Wests Blue (6-83).
Wollongong Maroon (8-65 and 1-21) beat Dapto (82 and 5-57) at Fred Finch Park.
Thomas Colla and Ethan Kohen both took 3-4 for Wollongong, while Angus Murphy made 24 not out in Dapto's second innings.
Keira Black (9-113) beat Port Kembla (6-105 and 6-20) at King George Oval.
Daniel Lindley made 26 not out for Port in their first innings and Jasmine Roberts took 2-15 for Keira.
Meanwhile, Blake Nikitaras produced the outstanding individual performance of the round in Cricket Illawarra junior competitions, making an unbeaten 100 in the first innings of the win over Dapto in under 16s A.
Finally, the Dapto under 14s and Keira under 16s are celebrating victories in the regional finals of the Weetbix Cup at Raymond Terrace.
The Thirroul under 12s had an outstanding tournament and finished runners-up.
Dapto and Keira now qualify for the state final in late March against the Metropolitan champions.
