Losing his cherished role at the helm of Melbourne Renegades would seemingly be the biggest source of disappointment for Simon Helmot this season, if not his entire coaching career. But it is not. What pains him more are the underwhelming results that led to the foundation Big Bash League coach being sacked, only winning three of their eight matches on the way to finishing sixth.
