A third Illawarra side, Thirroul in the under 12s, made the regional play-offs, finishing as runners-up in the best result by the Illawarra association in the statewide event.
Dapto qualified for the championship final against the Metropolitan (Sydney) champions by overpowering Northern Power in the Country play-off.
Batting first, Dapto posted 6-113, led by Mitch Stojanovski's unbeaten 50, then dismissed the Power for 79.
Sarah Young completed a memorable day for Dapto by taking a hat-trick in her 3-15 off four overs.
Earlier, Dapto (5-118) thrashed Far North Coast winners Urunga (33) in the semi-finals.
James Stojanovski scored an unbeaten 50 and Callum Dodds 20 not out, while Brody Murrell was outstanding, taking 5-2, including a hat-trick off his four overs.
Dapto reached the play-off finals by beating Keira, University and South Coast champions Gerringong in the preliminary rounds of the prestigious T20 competition.
In under 16s, Keira put in one of their best displays to beat host side Raymond Terrace in the regional final.
Batting first, a fifth-wicket stand of 61 from Logan Brailey (33) and Caelan Smith (19) was the backbone of Keira posting 119 off their 20 overs.
Judicious spin bowling from Caelan Smith (3-19) and Matt Hobbs (2-20) restricted the home team to just 77, ensuring for a third time a Keira side was in a Weetbix T20 Cup final.
In the semi-final, Keira fought hard with the ball and in the field to beat Port Macquarie.
Keira posted 101 (Tane Nunn 33, Daine Richards 15), but Port Macquarie were in control at 1-70 after 12 overs.
However, a forced retirement of their best batsman on 50 and high-quality bowling from Wesley Van Kempen, Tane Nunn, Kaden Horsley and Daine Richards - backed up by some outstanding catching - led to a stirring Keira fightback and victory by seven runs.
Keira now face either Normanhurst or St Augustine's, while Dapto meet under-14s Metropolitan winners Lane Cove in the championship finals at North Sydney Oval on March 29.
