Ambulance officers were called to Flinders Street, North Wollongong, where a motorcyclist in his 20s had lost control of his bike and hit two cars.

He was diagnosed at the scene with head injuries and fractured limbs and was taken to Wollongong Hospital intensive care in a serious but stable condition.
