Moris Simon used food to lure a 15-year-old girl, who hadn't eaten for two days, into a secluded Wollongong CBD laneway and then indecently assaulted her, police alleged in Port Kembla Local Court.

Simon, 38, who was charged with aggravated indecent assault, was refused bail on Sunday when he appeared before the court via video link.
"The police allege that the victim was specifically targeted because of her vulnerable state and that's a tremendous concern to police," the court heard from solicitor Michael Knight, acting on behalf of NSW Police.
Police documents said Simon, of Staff Road, Unanderra, approached the girl, who was sitting on a concrete wall outside the Wollongong Central Shopping Centre, last Friday about 2.15pm and asked her if she was OK.
The girl vomited and replied that she hadn't eaten a meal since the previous Wednesday.
Simon told her he would get some food and be back in 10 minutes.
He returned with a paper bag and bottle of water and gestured to her to follow him along Church Street towards Court Lane.
The documents revealed that, at the top of the driveway of a Crown Street premises, Simon took hold of the girl's arm and said: "Come with me", pulling her towards the back of the driveway, which branched out to a laneway.
Simon allegedly said to her: "You're so beautiful, you're so sexy, you're so pretty, you should try something with me."
While talking to the girl, his body was blocking the exit and she could not leave.
"The victim was trapped in a narrow corridor, with a wall one end and the accused blocking the exit behind her," the police documents said.
Simon tried to kiss her on the mouth and cheek and then indecently assaulted her, they said.
He allegedly said: "You should get down on your knees and try something new."
To which, she replied: "I'm only 15, my dad's about to pick me up."
Simon allegedly said: "It's OK, you should still try this with me."
Simon let go of the girl's neck and she pushed him away and walked up onto Court Lane, the documents said.
Later on Friday, the girl reported the matter to police.
Most of the incident was caught on the Wollongong City CCTV cameras, police said.
Simon, who did not enter a plea, was refused bail and his case was adjourned to Monday.
