NSW Greens: Raise taxes to cover borrowing $20 billion for infrastructure

The NSW Greens are proposing to raise poker machine and property taxes and defer the abolition of a range of business levies to cover the cost of borrowing $20 billion to pay for infrastructure upgrades over the next 20 years.
