The Dapto under 14s and Keira under 16s are NSW Country T20 champions and face the Sydney Metropolitan champions at North Sydney Oval for the NSW title.
Dapto meet under-14s Metropolitan winners Lane Cove after overpowering Northern Power in the Country final.
Keira face St Augustines for the title after beating host side Raymond Terrace in the regional final.
A fifth-wicket stand of 61 from Logan Brailey (33) and Caelan Smith (19) was the backbone of Keira posting 119 off their 20 overs in the Country final.
Spinner Caelan Smith (3-19) and Matt Hobbs (2-20) restricted Raymond Terrace to just 77, ensuring for a third time a Keira side was in a Weetbix T20 Cup final.
Dapto produced a great all-round display to beat Northern Power in their Country final. Dapto reached the play-off finals by beating Keira, University and South Coast champions Gerringong in the preliminary rounds of the prestigious T20 competition.
Last year the Dapto under 14s made the T20 final at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
In a great season for Illawarra's junior clubs, the Thirroul under 12s also qualified for last month's regional play-offs, finishing as runners-up to complete the best result by the Illawarra association in the statewide event.
