Four new faces will be brought into Mike Baird's cabinet - Baulkham Hills MP David Elliott, Cronulla MP Mark Speakman, Port Macquarie MP Lesley Williame and Nationals MP Niall Blair - under a reshuffle that will see Transport Minister Gladys Berejiklian appointed treasurer and Community Services Minister Gabrielle Upton take on the position of attorney-general.

Mr Elliott will be appointed minister for corrective services, emergency services and veterans affairs under a reshuffle to be announced by Mr Baird on Wednesday afternoon.
Mr Speakman has been given environment, heritage and assistant planning.
Mr Blair will be appointed minister for primary industies, land and water.
Ms Williams becomes minister for Early Childhood Education, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, and Assistant Minister for Education.
Deputy Premier and Nationals leader Troy Grant will become police and justice minister, while Jillian Skinner remains in Health.
Police Minister Stuart Ayres will become minister for Trade, Tourism and Major Events and retains the Sport portfolio.
Treasurer Andrew Constance will move to transport and infrastructure and Brad Hazzard moves from Attorney-General to family and community services.
Pittwater MP Rob Stokes takes on planning, while John Ajaka retains disability services.
Deputy Nationals leader Adrian Piccoli retains education, while Jillian Skinner keeps Health.
Victor Dominello moves from aboriginal and multicultural affairs to Innovation and Better Regulation.
It is understood Planning Minister Pru Goward will be announced as the new minister for the prevention of domestic violence, while remaining Minister for Women. Ms Goward will also become assistant health minister and have responsibility for mental health and medical research.
Anthony Roberts will becomes minister for industry, resources and energy. Dominic Perrottet keeps Finance, Services and Property.
TAFE will be taken out of the education cluster and moved to Industry, Skills and Regional Development cluster where Monaro MP John Barilaro will remain minister.
Mr Barilaro becomes minister for Regional Development, Minister for Skills, and Minister for Small Business.
As foreshadowed, Wollondilly MP Jai Rowell has been dumped from cabinet as has his factional ally, former fair trading minister Matthew Mason-Cox.
Also out of cabinet are Nationals MPs Katrina Hodgkinson and Kevin Humphries.
Shelley Hancock was reappointed as Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and Don Harwin as President of the Legislative Council.
