It was another successful outing for IAS golfers at the 2015 Peter O'Malley Junior Masters held over the weekend. On the beautifully presented Bathurst golf course, a strong field competed in the two-day tournament.
The fast-paced greens were again a challenge. A stellar effort from Russell Vale's Jarod Callahan saw him crowned the nett champion in the boys' under-13 division. Callahan scored 64 and 69 (133) to finish 5-shots ahead of his nearest opponent.
Port Kembla's Jackson Hall was not to be outdone, finishing equal first in the under-14 and under-15 divisions, firing a total nett score of 142 across the two days.
The next event for the IAS Golf squad will be the 2015 ClubsNSW Academy Games on the NSW Central Coast over the weekend of April 11-12.
