4.45pm: Traffic at Albion Park Rail and Berry has eased.
4.02pm: Heavy southbound traffic on the Princes Highway at Albion Park Rail has eased, with queues reduced to 2.5km.
3.57pm: A broken down truck on Mount Ousley Road near New Mount Pleasant Road has closed one northbound lane.
3.30pm: Southbound queues on the Princes Highway at Albion Park Rail now stretch 6.5km.
Motorists advised to allow up to 15 minutes extra travel time.
3pm: Heavy traffic is now starting to build at Berry.
Southbound motorists there have been advised to allow up to 5 minutes additional travel time due to traffic queues of about 500 metres.
2.45pm: Southbound queues on the Princes Highway at Albion Park Rail now stretch 4.5km, adding a delay of about 7 minutes to the journey.
Further south, delays of up to 12 minutes are still being experienced on the Princes Highway at Milton.

Live Traffic is no longer reporting delays, however, traffic is expected to build again on Thursday afternoon as Easter holidaymakers hit the road.
Meanwhile, motorists are experiencing delays of up to 12 minutes on the Princes Highway at Milton.
Traffic there is queued about 3km.
12.45pm: Heavy Easter holiday traffic has started to build on the Princes Highway at Albion Park Rail.
Southbound traffic at the well-known pinch point is queued for about 3km at 12.40pm on Thursday, according to the NSW Transport Management Centre.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and allow an additional 3 minutes of travel time.
