Cassie Priest removed pins from the rear emergency exit door of Questions Nightclub in Corrimal Street in the early hours of January 1, after a private New Year's Eve function.
She made off with DJ equipment, a digital video recorder, T-shirts, glasses, nightclub stamps and bottles of alcohol, then returned to her Unanderra home and set about on-selling the goods.
Priest pleaded guilty to the offending in Port Kembla Local Court on Wednesday.
Priest was arrested on January 5 when police saw her carrying items from her home to a car.
Officers searched the car, uncovering a crate of alcohol bottles covered by a baby blanket on the back seat. They seized Priest's mobile phone and discovered photographs of crated, bottled alcohol, and messages related to their sale, including a price list.
The phone also held photos of the DJ sound equipment.
A subsequent search of her house yielded hard drives, a case of CDs, digital video recorder, four vodka cans and six half-full bottles of alcohol, which police disposed of. The court heard strangers would visit the house to buy some of the stolen alcohol.
The police investigation was aided by a witness who later sought protection after receiving threatening messages from Priest.
The court heard the messages continued once the order was granted. In one, Priest told the witness: "no avo will stop me you putrid dog".
On Wednesday, magistrate Michael Stoddart granted the witness a two-year apprehended violence order.
Priest, who initially denied knowledge of the break and enter, claiming she did not leave home on New Year's Eve, also pleaded guilty to contravening the AVO and intimidating the witness with intent to cause fear.
The matter has been adjourned to May 29.
